I recently had the most amazing experience at Rana Medical Center, and I just have to share it!

Walking into the clinic, I immediately felt at ease, and that feeling only grew stronger as I met Dr. Hala. She did an excellent job with the scaling of my teeth, and I was impressed by her thoroughness.
Dr. Hala took the time to check the actual problem and then filled in Dr. Tasneem on the whole issue.
When I finally met Dr. Tasneem, she didn’t just listen to my concerns; she truly heard me! When she explained my condition, it was like a lightbulb went off in my head – suddenly, everything made sense!

What blew me away was Dr. Tasneem’s approach to treatment. Instead of just addressing the surface symptoms, she dug deep to uncover the root cause. Honestly, I never thought my problem could be treated, but Dr. Tasneem gave me hope. Her plan was so detailed and tailored to my needs; I knew I was in good hands.

But beyond her expertise, Dr. Tasneem’s kindness and genuine care made all the difference. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines skill with such compassion, but Dr. Tasneem does it effortlessly.

My bad experience was at different levels.
1) Their Ad. on the street says a Covid test result takes 6-8 hrs. I called after 8 Hrs and their unprofessional secretaries asked either to call after 2 hrs or to contact the lab and chase the result myself. So they collect the test fees and he is the customer who needs to chase the result.
2)The front desk secretaries either give fake names or refuse to share their names for future follow up. Then they deny misbehaving, making use that the calls are not recorded
3) Throughout 2 days, I conducted 6 covid tests in different places. Five turned negative but Rana’s centre, turned the only positive although it was the third test in the 6-test que. I’ll never visit them at all costs

I had an exceptional experience at the clinic with the patient relation officer and receptionists. Their welcoming attitude and efficiency made the check-in process smooth. The clinic is very clean and has such a calm vibe and atmosphere. Dr.Tasneem’s expertise and genuine care during my appointment exceeded my expectations. A five-star rating for their outstanding service!
