Bad hygiene practices: I just moved to Norfolk and went here for a cleaning. I don’t believe the facility and the practitioners are hygienic, so much so that I had to ask the hygienist to change her gloves after she was touching everything, such as the computer keyboard, mouse, and putting on a wrist brace. Then when I went back to my original dentist in NOVA, asked months in advance for my file and xrays to be transferred and they didn’t comply after multiple requests.

Additionally, when I went to my first appointment, I arrived early but they were so late to take care of me that I had to leave halfway through the needed services because I was late for another appointment.

Here works the worlds best dentist , Dr Monleudy Bracken , who I can’t thank enough for fixing my teeth . I have been in so much pain that I couldn’t sleep for two weeks , I thought I was loosing my mind , and she Knew what’s wrong right away , and helped me emotionally and physically. Actually all the people who work at this place are closer to angels than to humans . Mary Webb is such a kind person , she helped me with the emergency appointments. These ladies will always be in my prayers . I highly recommend this place .

Took a child to this dentist and they were very nervous the staff made It fun and helped to relax him. That is something that always worries me when taking kids to the dentist they are always so anxious. She listened to his concerns and made appropriate adjustments. She helped him feel comfortable and had him smiling the whole appointment.
