The dentists are very kind and professional. However, I had a very unpleasant experience with Dental Assistant, Helen. She was very rude and spoke down to me when asking questions. In the end, she didn’t even answer my questions. I had to ask the dentist the same questions when he came; which he answered kindly and effortlessly… Not the kind of service I want to be paying for.
Update: I was called by the manager to try to ask about my experience and explained how they will be helping with the issue. Hope my next visit is better.
I had the best experience here! They had a little to no wait time and once they helped me they explained the process and went over the financials before they proceeded. Wonderful experience 10/10!
