Dr. Burrell is terrific. I needed a skin graft for receding gums, and I was nervous about the surgery. Dr. Burrell was kind and took her time to explain the procedure and answer my questions. During the surgery, Dr. Burrell and her staff made sure I was calm, and it was very comforting. The surgery was FAST – she is very skilled! Post-surgery recovery was also quick, with minimal pain and no complications at all. I’ve also had follow up appointments post-surgery, and Dr. Burrell is thorough and efficient. She is very experienced, teaches at Marquette University (Adjunct Assistant Professor of Dental Surgical Sciences), and graduated from Michigan University (a prestigious college). Her hygienists and staff are very friendly! I very much recommend Dr. Burrell!
This used to be a great office to visit. The level of service has definitely diminished greatly. The new front office manager is absolutely unprofessional, rude, doesn’t forward messages to Dr. Burrell. Patients are no longer scheduled for appointments, this establishment has the nerve to start charging $25.00 for cancelation fees.
You can call the office and the voicemail is full for several weeks. Its very sad because I really like this office years ago. Its just in shambles and uncoordinated. Overall, the Hygienists are good and throughly. Unfortunately, the front desk and their level of professionalism is horrible! Its like, the cat just dragged some thing off the street.
I can only give Dr. Burrell and her staff 5 stars with both professionalism and service! I have been a patient since Dr. Burrell took over the practice from the previous periodontist. Dr. Burrell has put 7 implants in my mouth which included some bone grafting. Andrea cleans our teeth twice a year – every year. They follow very strict protocol with the COVID issues going around.. but they have to… Lives are at stake!…
T – I have to strongly disagree with you! I have never ever been treated badly by anyone at Dr. Burrell’s office.
