Excellent doctor but horrible front desk receptionist experience. Called to schedule an appointment for a cracked filling causing problems/symptoms and the receptionist literally told me “not trying to be rude, but … it’s been a while since the crack happened and you didn’t come in” as the reason for maybe not being able to take me the same day, when I asked if it was possible and if not it was okay. And I explained I waited because it wasn’t causing me issues until now. So yes. Rude.
Great doctor but I always have an awful experience with front desk/reception.
10 minutes late to an appointment (spent 5 of those minutes trying to call ahead since sign on door said not to enter without calling) was told I could not be seen and would need to reschedule because another patient was being seen. Claimed to have reached out several times but provided 2 numbers I have never heard before so not sure how they got on my health record. Never again, sorry
I have been going to Dr. Mehran Javid for over ten years for cleanings, rout canals and fillings. I moved an hour away several years ago and I continue to go to him. Everyone in his office has been so friendly, helpful and professional. All my procedures were pain-free experiences. I would positively recommend Rhode Island Dental to anyone anytime!
