I absolutely love Dr. Troxler and his wonderful and welcoming staff! Everyone is very friendly and professional and provide excellent care! I also appreciate that Dr. Troxler stands by his work! I had a crown done a couple years ago that started to slip less than a year after getting it done (though it didn’t bother me) Dr. Troxler noticed it immediately during my routine cleaning/xrays and fixed it FOR FREE within the next couple of weeks! My crown has been perfect ever since! I live over 40min away, but I don’t mind traveling for amazing dental care and as long as Dr. Troxler is practicing, then I am grateful to be a lifelong patient of his!
They aren’t taking new patients and if you call and ask, the receptionist will give you an attitude about it. The receptionist really doesn’t enjoy taking phone calls apparently. Don’t waste your time on this place. They don’t want your business.
Quick,courteous attention to dental needs, and genuine caring behavior.Flexible scheduling. Highly competent dental/medical knowledge. I couldn’t speak more highly of him and his office staff.
