Reviews:
The visit itself was fine (though they are a bit pushy on unnecessary treatment such as grafting).
However, they are awful at post communication — I’ve reached out 4 different times to make an appointment (2 messages on their site and 2 voicemails) and they do not respond or pick up the phone.
They are my HMO provider. I’ve called probably 20 times and left multiple messages. No one ever calls back or answers the phone. I really need to get to the dentist but they’ve made that impossible. I’m switching HMO providers.
