I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care I received at Richmond green dental care. I was in so much pain from a badly broken tooth for several days. Despite being anxious about going to a dentist, I had to seek for help. Family friend’s told me about the exceptional care from Richmond Green and the gentle, caring and thorough work that Dr. Oh and the team provides, I had to made a visit. I was surprised of the care that I received on that day. Dr. Oh was genuine, understanding and also extremely efficient and thorough in dealing with my broken tooth and dental anxiety. Currently I am recovering well after my extraction with no pain, no swelling, and I am able to enjoy my food and sleep, thanks to all the help that I have received from this office. Thinking back what really amazed me from that nervous first visit was the professionalism from Dr.Oh, he knew I was in so much pain and after the examination he provided me with fast numbing to clear my thoughts away from the pain at last. He then explained in detail about the procedures which I was able to comprehend fully with no pain. The extraction took couple of minutes and I was so relieved and happy. I really appreciate the help that Richmond Green Dental provided me on that day. I will be returning for regular check ups and will bring my family there soon. Thank you

I can’t believe I finally found a dentist that I feel comfortable with.

All my life, I hated the dentist. I don’t have great teeth but also had really bad experiences with dental clinics prior so I’ve always dreaded the dentist and would avoid it with any excuse I could come up with.

My partner told me how great Richmond Green Dental Care was but of course I was skeptical. Until I had a dental emergency, I finally visited the clinic. Dr. Sung is so patient and is really good at his craft.

For once, a dentist is not aggressive in pushing their services on me and using scare tactics. I understand that my teeth is important but always felt a bit attacked and threatened, like they’re only looking at how much they can claim on my insurance. Richmond Green Dental is NOT like this! They are so understanding and so kind.

I have a lot more work to do on my teeth…but because I feel confident in the clinic’s abilities, I feel less anxious and motivated to fix all my problems.

I can’t believe it took me this long to find a trusting dentist.

On Sept 6th, I received dental cleaning and x-rays from Joyce Li. She is an extremely professional and gentle dental hygienist who made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Anything I didn’t understand or wanted to know, she was very happy to explain it to me in simple terms so I could understand the condition of my teeth. As a cherry on top, the clinic has TVs installed so you can watch a movie while you’re getting your teeth worked on!

I look forward to my next cleaning session with Joyce Li in six months!
