I have been going to the Richmond Village Dental clinic for many years and i have been a patient of Dr Lubinsky. I also have been seeing Colleen for Hygienic Care. So i was surprised when i went to the clinic yesterday to find that Anna and Colleen were no longer there. I would have appreciated if you had contacted me directly before my appointment to tell me about the changes at the clinic.
Other than that, the dental care that i received yesterday was pretty good. The Hygienist Tiffany took care to explain the procedures and asked me about my comfort during the cleaning. The new dentist Dr Swati Shinde took care to look at the X-rays and to explain best options for me going forward.
Again, the only issue i have is, i think i should have been notified beforehand to tell me the changes at the clinic and to ask if i wished to remain a patient there. i was a partner in a mental health clinic for 40 years and during that time we did have changes to our clinical group. We always contacted our clients before their appointment to explain why there was a change in therapists and to ask if they wished to continue with our group.

I find this dental office to be staffed by a skilled and kind group of professionals where i am always treated well. I think the only thing I struggle with is trying to fit appointments into their schedule so this works great for shift workers and retired etc. but not so well for people with 9-5 types of work. Nevertheless, they are close by and a great office and they do try to accommodate my needs (re: schedule) to the best of their ability.
It’s so wonderful having a caring vet that’s only a few minutes away. My dog had some extensive dental work done recently and it went really well…harder on me than my dog I think.
Well this is embarrassing! I was thinking it was for the Richmond Animal Hospital!
