*edit* not one person from the office has reached out to me after this. The front desk offered a ‘I’m sorry that was my oversight and I will notify Dr Nguyen’ but to this day no reach out.

I am disappointed in this office as a new patient. They had me come in today for a routine dental exam/cleaning. I notified them 2 days prior that I was pregnant and that I did not have dental X-rays at my prior exam because I was pregnant then as well. They did not notify me that they would not be able to do my cleaning, and instead had me come in only to be told that they could not do the cleaning due to the lack of recent xrays. Wasted time. I took off work for the appt and will now have to take off additional work to get a cleaning at my old dental office. Very disappointed in this lack of communication especially when the office was calling me everyday to confirm the appt.

I love Dr.Ngyuen. Came in for a second opinion as my kids go here and love her as well. My original dentist wanted to take my tooth and tried to rush me into making a decision within 30 min charging a very high bill. That is not the case with here they never rushed me to make a decision and was able to explain what was needed. Also she saved my tooth.
They did not make me fill guilty for needing work done.
The whole staff is great here, kind and understanding without judgement.
They are great with kids.
Dr Nguyen and staff are great I highly recommend.

Have been going to Ridge Commons for four years and have had consistently positive experiences. I most appreciate that they genuinely seem to care about the long term care and suggest monitoring areas of concern and do not push unnecessary dental work. Shout out to their hygienist Adrienne who is absolutely fabulous.
