For Starters!!! They’re rude ! I handed the lady my license in her hand and she proceeded to lay it on the counter to give it back to me. I don’t remember the doctor’s name that did my teeth cleaning but he was an old white man. He was acting so careless with me , dropping toothpaste in my hair, letting the toothpaste splatter all across my face, resting his arm on my lashes causing them to lean. He didn’t switch out his gloves that had toothpaste all over them and on top of that , he kept touching all around my mouth and face which is now covered in toothpaste!!! Just a very unprofessional environment! I wouldn’t send my GRANDMOTHER HERE. Never have I ever encountered something like this. I hope this helps the next person.

You know how you dread going to the dentist because they’re just going to make you feel bad about your dental hygiene? Well not at this place. My first visit was a great experience. The office has been recently renovated and was welcoming. They had state-of-the-art equipment (X-rays are now done in the chair with a handheld gun instead of a 2 ton machine in a separate room). The chair was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. Everyone was friendly and thorough when explaining things to me. They took every Covid-19 precaution and I felt good about that. If you are looking for a dentist, check them out.

Respectfully, this dentist isn’t for people of color. I didn’t like service I was getting. So, I asked to cancel my appointment and to have the chair let up so that I could go else where. The doctor kept talking over me. I requested again for the dentist chair to be let back up so that I could leave. However, my request wasn’t received by him. Therefore, I had to get up out of the chair while it was reclined and gather my things.
I walked to the front and requested an excuse and a receipt of what I would be charged for. Then I left.
All this was done in a peaceful manner. I was never loud or disrespectful.
