So glad we switched dentists. Had an absolute terrible experience at my last cleaning there where I was yelled at by the hygienist who did my cleaning, to the point where I was in tears. I was told I had multiple cavities by them as well. Number one, hygienists can’t diagnose them, only dentists can. Number two, being yelled at is highly unprofessional. My new dentist said I had no cavities and there was nothing wrong with my teeth other then a slight infection in my gum. My mother a few weeks ago had a crown that was done less then 3 years ago at River dental come off. It not only came off but also broke. Luckily the new dentist was able to fix it. Her other crown has been in her mouth for around 15 years or and she has had no problems at all with it.

Had to wait months upon months for an appointment
Go for the appointment, waited over 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment visit being the first patient of the day
Then canceled due to them not having enough time
Rescheduled several times with ongoing issues
My daughter went in for her appointment
Insurance covered the majority of the Balkan ace
Paid cash for the remainder of the amount
Close to a year later received a call for the same amount since they didn’t add the cash as my payment.
To receive a call almost a year later after nonsense of a poorly operated office staff
To pay the balance twice.
I will not be returning

I decided to change dental offices after having my 1st appointment here. Let me tell you why…

The quality of service, professionalism and friendliness at River Dental is top notch. The dentist(s), assistant(s) and hygenist(s) are very knowledgable and experienced. The treatment i received surpased everything I have previously experienced.

I recommend anyone who is not happy with their current office to give this one a try.
