I am completely flabbergasted at the treatment and lack of concern I received from Dr. Glen!

Despite my initial expectations for a professional and satisfactory experience, the service I’ve received was very distasteful. I had a loose filling to the point where every time I flossed it felt like it was going to pop out. I informed Dr. Glen of this and hoped he would give him me a filling or an adjustment and he said nothing was wrong with my tooth and told me I needed to improve my dental hygiene. I left his office with a loose filling, and had to go somewhere else to have it filled. Prior to my next appt I informed him although I wanted to remain as I patient I didn’t appreciate his lack of concern and attentiveness during my last visit. When I explained this to him he became very defensive and disrespectful to the point where I just hung up and called back to ask the office manager to play back the call because he was completely unprofessional! Making a mistake is one thing which we all do but not taking accountability and blaming the patient is another issue.

Very happy I switched practices. I had been looking for a new dentist for a long time. Dr. Glenn came highly recommended. I had an initial consultation. I came away from the consultation feeling completely comfortable and confident in my choice of practices. Just had my first cleaning with them. The staff is friendly and professional. They treated me with respect. I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience to them which is how I felt in the last practice. I will happily send anyone to them.

I’m a new patient here with anxiety and was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. My hygienist Kate was gentle and efficient and Dr. Maria was great as well. It was a great experience knowing that my teeth are in good shape and wasn’t talked into any unnecessary high cost treatments like at my previous dentist. Pricing is fair for private pay patients. Will recommend to anyone in search of a new provider.
