The rather foreboding entrance creates some concern anticipating the greeting on the inside. The receptionist put that away with a friendly “Hello, be right with you” even though she was on the phone. The check-in procedure was not complicated and was soon completed. Kristen, the same Hygienist I saw 6 months earlier came to the waiting area and invited me to the examining/treatment room.
Kristen asked about me and we exchanged and updated casual personal life details. She quickly got to work with excellent skill and concern for my comfort. When she was done I asked what she thought of my dental hygiene. She thought I was doing a good job but suggested a little more work in one area that I acknowledged. She then made the Dentist aware that I was ready for his inspection. While we waited for his arrival Kristen looked up an appointment for my wife which she confirmed along with the treatment scheduled.
The dentist did a complete inspection and found a small chip on a front tooth that he suggested cosmetic work on. At 85 I decided that cosmetic treatment wasn’t a high concern. We then left the exam room for the check-out desk where we quickly determined that my insurance was taking care of the cost and all was in order. I made an appointment for my next cleaning, thanked everyone for a pleasant visit, and departed.

I really like This dental office. Riverside family dental always provides great dental services and care. The staff always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Noviak performs both cosmetic ( smile , front teeth make over , Invisalign aka clear braces, ) as well as ; operative dental care, such as fillings, 3 unit bridges , mouth guards, and replacement options for partial missing teeth or full upper and lower arches, and more. He has a down to earth personality and demeanor which is refreshing. He takes the time to hear your desires for your smile and health of your mouth. He’s confident of an action plan that is very well executed.
I had Ms.Renee as Dr. Noviaks assistant this go around and she was absolutely brilliant and very sweet. She was professional, fun, and knew her place and job well! Front desk is always quick to check me out and friendly. I definitely recommend this office for anyone who wants quality dental care! Call now! 🙂

Riverside Family Dental, P.A. has never disappointed me. From to moment, I check in until I check out, I’ve always been treated with kindness, respect and professionalism. I have had a few different procedures done and have always felt comfortable, even though dental procedures are my least favorite personal obligations. Since retirement the insurance Medicare plan that I selected does not include Riverside Family Dental, P.A but I still choose to have my dental procedures done at this office!!
