Traumatized!!! I had caps drilled off that took 2 1/2 hours to remove, then I was in so much pain then sent out the door with temporary caps that were not adjusted properly, I could not bite down normal and had to use my tongue as a lever for a few days as they are closed on Wednesdays and did not have anything until Friday. My tongue was raw by that Friday, I had a hard time swallowing, drinking water, eating. I had my new caps put on the following Saturday with the same tech that put my temporary ones on, I should have left at that moment. She did not numb me with exposed nerves, blowing air on the exposed nerves… THE PAIN! she shaved the new caps down too much and I am still experiencing nerve pain. She apparently does not have the proper skills to be on the floor and should go back to training until further notice. The front desk gave me attitude and told me to go buy OTC medicine??? They got paid for doing a bad job and then tell me to go get OTC medicine??? My boyfriend bought me Orgel on Sunday and it does not touch the pain I am currently experiencing. I am now going to seek a 2nd opinion with a new Dental practice to find out what went wrong and why my right gum is irritated and raw? No happy at all!!
Was referred to Riviera by a mobile dentist who was great and affordable, so I was hoping the same from them. Not the case. When I called to make an appt I asked if they accepted our insurance plan. The answer was yes. When we got to thr appointment, we were told that we actually have to pay for everything up front and submit request to our insurance to be reimbursed. Would have been nice to know that up front when I asked about accepting our plan. I feel like we were trapped into paying $450 for a tooth pull. Will not be back.
We have bounced around to find a good dentist and finally have found one. Riviera Family Dentist is the Best hands down that we have experienced. Clean, Kind, professional, Educational and Very Homie. If you are looking for a family Dentist this is the place for you.
