I’ve been there a hand full of times since November of 2023, they’re nice there but I feel like my teeth are extremely sensitive now and not to mention I’ve had a few fillings fall out and not even a week ago I was there getting a filling that had fallen out fixed, the dentist cut my gum open and didn’t even tell me. Just said the work he did was close to my gum line and to use warm salt water because they’ll be inflamed. Of course I didn’t notice anything right away because my mouth was numb but boy was I in pain once it wore off. I even had to go get on antibiotics because it started to get infected. Not to mention they charged me for them fixing the filling because “they went in at a different angle.” On another occasion they were fixing another tooth that the filling came out the DAY AFTER I had gotten it fixed and it seemed like he was having a hard time fixing the one that fell out along with getting the fillings on the other teeth to actually stay in place. the last tooth he did he numbed me 5 different times!!! They even used a stronger numbing medicine that had eppy in it. My fillings also don’t feel smooth. One of them popped out while I was flossing my teeth. I definitely will not be back
I had a highly disappointing visit to this dental office. From the start, the dentist didn’t introduce himself, which felt very unprofessional. During the assessment, he failed to communicate anything about what he was finding, leaving me completely in the dark about my own dental health. The only thing he said was to his dental hygienist, instructing her to get a “MOBL” if I wanted it done today–whatever that means. I was left feeling confused and neglected as a patient.
To make matters worse, the windows were open in the office because “an animal had died upstairs.” The environment felt unclean and unprofessional, which only added to my discomfort.
I expected better communication and a more professional atmosphere. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dental office.
Lisa the hygienist was very friendly but overall terrible experience.
I have been going there for some time. The practice changed to a new name or management a couple of months back. I went in they said Anthem was out of network they gave me random estimate and did not tell me they are going to do an X ray and evaluation, it was just periodic maintenance work every few months. They charged me $280 extra after my session and when I insisted they gave me a total bill with the extra services billed. They have not been transparent the moment I walked into the office. The front office and the staff were playing along.
