I had originally been a patient of DR Ken who was great and then got sent over here when Ken moved
The hygienist here are great and friendly, but I have an issue with the office office staff
I will never be back.
They constantly have issues with calculating insurance payments.
They will bill insurance, realize they did it wrong, and then keep calling you and harassing you with phone calls and text messages over amounts of $10 to $12.
They even threaten to send you to a collection agency over $12.
It is absolutely ridiculous; if they had put the insurance through correctly in the first place, there wouldn’t be an issue. So, they are completely willing to lose patients and risk thousands of dollars in revenue by harassing people over $12 and threatening to send them to collections.
Furthermore, I had requested they send my file to my new dentist, which they never did
I’ve had the best teeth cleanings/hygiene appointments of my life with Careen, she’s extremely thorough and friendly! I’ve also had wonderful experiences with Dr. Kamra. I really appreciate how they both take the time to make sure I have an informed experience, always explaining procedures and diagnoses in detail before I even ask questions. Unlike at other clinics I’ve been to in Halifax, I’ve never had any issues with fillings (and I tend to get a lot of cavities). I’m happy to have found a dental clinic I can trust!
My experience today was amazing. I felt calm I felt at ease I felt I was in the total care of the caring dentist and the dental team. The dental assistance were exceptional and the dentist just took care of me on so many levels. Thank you very much for the amazing experience. Peace begins with a smile.
