Being new to the Government dental scheme I was not expecting to be spoken about. The dentist part was fine and the ladies in the room told me to ask a few questions when I went back to the front office. Which I tried to with both accounts and reception but was told to wait till the paper work came out. So I took a seat then after a while the lady from accounts went into the dentist chasing the paper work and told them I was hassling them which I did not. Remember I was new to all this and how it works. I was NOT hassling I was asking questions. They don’t want to be treated badly nor do I. Not good enough front office.

I was impressed their approach and identifying the problems were almost the same as my previous private dentist told me. Was actually better I’ve been grinding my teeth for years to the point of literally grinding them out off my jaw. The dentist spend fifteen minutes on it and now my teeth are firmly in their place. No more pain in my teeth or jaw. And that wasn’t even the problem I walked in for. So everybody give them a thumb up including my two. ( just 2 doesn’t seem enough)

I have serious long term issue, it caused my jaw to spasm dislocate and smashed my teeth. I went to a private clinic twice, it was a total disaster. I was in agony and desperate. Very thankful for all of them there.
The staff at Rockingham Govt Dental have been incredible to me and I am eternally grateful for the ongoing help and work they have done for me. With respect kindness empathy and skill. Cant thank them enough.
