My dental hygienist, Sarah, was amazing! I will request to be booked in with her from now on. She was friendly, gentle, and even offered to put my tongue piercing in their machine to give it a deep clean. It’s the first time ever that my mouth didn’t hurt during and after a teeth cleaning appointment. Also the receptionist, I think her name was Deanna, is absolutely incredible as well! She was the most sweet, cheerful, friendly person on the phone and in person. I told her I wanted to get in before my insurance ended, so she added me to the top of their cancellation list and had me in within a couple days. I would 10/10 recommend this dental centre to anyone and I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs, while living in Halifax. They never disappoint!

Awesome clinic. Punctual, almost every cleaner I’ve had is very good at making it as pain free as they can, and the doctor that does cavities and such is really really great! They also don’t mind if you don’t want certain parts of the cleaning not done, because of money or preference. (Like the fluoride treatment for example, I don’t want that done. They remember it for future times too)

The only minor complaint I have is they can be a bit pushy when it comes to getting you to book another appointment in 6 months. Might send multiple reminders, but it’s just a slight annoyance. You are obviously free to wait as long as you want before booking another cleaning.

Very friendly dentist, would recommend visiting. Liked everyone expect for 1 of the receptionists . She botched the appointment and treated my family second class while letting others go ahead of us. When we tried to get a meeting with the actual dentist to complain about her she lied and told us he was busy when in fact he wanted us to come inside. Would be a 5 star if that receptionist got better or got fired.
