Reviews:
Today, my other daughter had an appointment. We checked in earlier for a 3:30pm appoinment at roughly 3:20pm. A 50 minute wait and I was told by staff every visit is at least 90.
Find someone else. The wait time is unacceptable and as others have said they dont hold their end of the bargain.
Theyll say they are short staffed but its been the same staff since over a year ago with a few more people.
Translation: we are numbers and the patient outcome seems somewhat rushed once they are treating you.
My advice:
Look its simple, you want patients especially my families business. Then make people wait no more than 15 mins if you are going to expect us to be on time or show up 10 mins earlier etc.
Patient outcome wise, if you do get the dentist who tends to focus on the patient. Its Dr. Tran.
Im not feeling this place and will be talking to my wife, who is also a patient, to her and our daughters to a new dentist. Thats 3 people.
Smh…owner needs better practice management software for booking and belaying communications to patients.
only did they brush me off when I told them for over a year I was in pain now I have to pay for their mistake. It isn’t fair and while I can not find any documentation to prove this, I wish I could because I would LOVE to get a settlement or just something for all the trauma that I have been put through. This is YOUR fault yet I’m the one who has to pay now. I have zero faith in dentists anymore it’s just a business for you not healthcare.
