The dentist check up was excellent .
I am not happy though that I was given a receipt for my payment, which I pass on to Sovereign Health for reimbursement. But the receipt had my wife’s full name on and my Daughter full name on with thrit next appointments dates. Also my step daughter full name with her next appointment date, who is grown up now with her own family and does not live at my house.
It must be in breach of GDPR and confidentiality. This is not good data practice and need urgent attention on your systems. I did raise it with my dentist and the reception who shredded it and printed out another recept for me.

Very cautious, considerate professionals with great skill. The dedication and care provided was exceptional. Thank you for been conscientious of my feelings and worries and putting my heart and mind at rest with the work that was about to be carried out, the surgery and aftercare. Thank you ever so much. My experience today was one that has left me with confidence due to the meticulous detail and openness to my needs by the Dental Surgeon of whom I had been referred to. My wellbeing was put first and discussion of options were clear and concise and implemented without issue. Overall, the dental service was welcoming, reassuring and professional. Thank you.
