I’m very happy with the dental practice. Yes, I pay more than an NHS dentist, but the feeling of security and comfort from going there is worth it. I’m on Denplan, which makes it more affordable and gives me peace of mind. Recently, my dentist filled my front tooth and did an outstanding job. It has been slightly crooked and chipped since childhood, and I was always conscious of it. But Peter suggested filling it, which no other dentist had suggested was possible. As a result, I now have a straight tooth at the front; moreover, she did it on the Denplan insurance, so I paid nothing extra for it.

One nice little touch is that they have an aquarium in the waiting area – I find looking at fish swimming very relaxing, and it shows their thoughtfulness that they have this there.

I’m not too fond of their car park – it is cramped and difficult to get out of, but there is plenty of parking in the nearby shopping precinct, so that is no problem for me.

I am an extremely nervous dental patient and, as such, very rarely visit a dentist. I have visited a dentist 3 times in around the last 25 years and none of them went well. I was booked in to an NHS site for an extraction when my partner suggested I tried her Dental practise, Roseville House.
I went this morning.
What can I say, quite simply the very best dental practise I have ever been to. All the staff are amazing. Warm & friendly. But my dentist was on a level above all other dentists I have ever been to. It was clear she could tell I was nervous and she took time to examine me carefully. There was no rush and every single thing was explained to me. The level of detail in her report on my teeth & gums was incredible. All options were explained to me in minute detail and she made suggestions as to the best way forwards. I am booked in for further appointments.
I sincerely cannot rate this dental practise highly enough.

By far the best dental practice i have been to, from the reception staff to the hygienist and especially my Dentist Dr Mahesh Patel. I have always been a very nervous patient but he just has a way of really calming my nerves and really takes the time to put me at ease before he starts the treatment also he is not rough or heavy handed like some other dentists I have seen in the past. Treatments are always thoroughly explained, staff are always friendly and whenever I have called with a problem i have been accommodated with quick appointments. Definitely would recommend this practice. Friendly, professional staff, just all around great service!
