The receptionists are always friendly and very helpful. The dentists always make you feel calm and relaxed. Cannot fault it at all. If paying a monthly fee makes it possible to get my teeth sorted out then I’m happy to pay. Maybe if people actually turned up for their appointments, then maybe a fee wouldn’t be put in place. I went to the dentist on the day after boxing day. All appointments that day were for special treatments.
I was the only one who bothered to turn up that day. It costs the NHS thousands of pounds each month for unattended appointments.

My wife tried to get an appointment today but what a phone system they have first time cut off 20 minutes second time never answered another 20 odd minutes got through in the end nearly 10 o clock no appointments left dentist phoned and said you can wait in car park in case I can fit you in with no idea how long to wait there. Says on NHS website dentist’s are doing routine appointments and open but this dentist is not .Doing a good job of looking after people
Use to be a really good dentist gone down hill since Mr smart left . Also going private is an absolute joke been with roseworth dentist for 30 years my partner has been with them for 40 years and we are now desperately trying to register with a new dentist with no luck. I can’t imagine how many people out there that can not afford to pay and will be stuck with out a dentist. Well done roseworth dentist for not giving two f—s.
