I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude and appreciation to Shaneque, Denise, and Dr. Kaplan for the outstanding service my daughter and son received during their first visit as new patients. They performed above and beyond expectations providing exceptional care and helped calm my children’s nerves during their teeth cleaning and examination. Shaneque was thorough and very patient, answering any questions they had which made me feel very at ease during the entire visit. The equipment and technology used in the office is very modern and looks well maintained. The office itself presents a very calm and relaxed environment (smooth jazz in the waiting room is a nice touch). The whole experience was very smooth, efficient, and seamless, which is a motivating factor towards continuing to use this dental practice in the future. Dr. Kaplan took time to out-brief all of the work that was done along with providing his recommendations which speaks volumes to his professionalism and commitment to excellence. Above all, it is their unfailing dedication to customer service and performance that makes Dr. Kaplan’s practice the gold standard in the industry.

I have been to Dr Kaplan as a new patient. My previous Dentist who I have been with for over 15 years Retired. So I had some anxiety. It was the best experience. I was welcomed and the Staff were very nice. Dr Kaplan was very informative. I definitely will be going back. The hygienist did an excellent job and kept me at ease.
