Update: I would suggest staying away from this practice. The dentist himself is great as well as the assistants but the front office is awful. They do not verify your benefits for you, even though they collect the information. Pretty odd to me as every other dentist/doctor etc. verified my benefits prior to scheduling an appointment. They did not inform me I was out of network and I got stuck with a nearly $3000 bill from them- which they were ‘generous’ enough to knock $100 off. If you go here, verify your own benefits instead of allowing the incompetent billing staff to do so.

From the front office staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist himself- this place was wonderful! I am always apprehensive about the dentist, and the staff really did their best to put me at ease. Happy to have finally found a long term dentist practice I can trust!

Dr. Rossen is an exceptional dentist and even more his staff is professional and make sure you are being taken care of: in and out of the office. This office is always on time and they are eager to help accommodate you to make sure you are able to get your treatment completed in a timely matter. His staff is well established and extremely knowledgeable about the world of dentistry and have your best interest in mind. I drive from Garland to see Dr. R and Molly to get my cleanings each year. They are more than worth the drive! If you want the best care for your teeth, which you should, then you need to see Dr. Rossen and his team!

Several years ago the middle guy with the gut in the photo did a root canal on me. He refused to use any novacane or any anesthesia at all. He said that “I do this on kids all the time with no anesthesia”. And “stop whining”. A few years later the tooth broke in half and there was a piece of metal sticking out of the tooth from the root. It appeared to be a paperclip that he cemented into the root. I have been to several dentists sense and have never been treated this way by any other PROFESSIONAL!!

Food for thought. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist office to anyone I care about full stop!
