My whole family has been seeing Dr Chuckal at this clinic since the 1990’s. Great dentist & very professional. Things have changed since Dr Chuckal no longer fully runs the place & doesn’t work there everyday. Although they have new equipments there, the quality of service has gone down. They don’t seem to have a good sense of time. I was there yesterday Saturday April 6th for a follow up appointment to replace the filling in one of my teeth. The appointment was with another dentist (not Dr Chuckal). They made me wait for so long in one of those rooms that I couldn’t wait any longer. I just left & told the receptionist how disappointed I was. She just didn’t care. As it is right now, my family won’t be going there anymore & I wouldn’t recommend that clinic to anybody, unless they want to spend lots of time there.
I just wanted to say a big thank you for my recent visit to your dental office. I was really impressed with how everything was set up and how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Dr. Raghavan did an amazing job fixing my tooth, and he was super nice during the whole thing. I’ll definitely be recommending your dentistry to my friends and family!
I visited for a cleaning with low tolerance and sensitive gums, but Hygienist Vipan was exceptionally careful and compassionate. The entire staff was friendly and considerate. Despite fasting, they accommodated me with a convenient appointment time. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and highly recommend it.
