Reviews:
I received dental service on 2.27.2024 at the Royal Dental Group. The service was to remove all 4 wisdom teeth. My experience was excruciating. I was in pain the entire procedure and had a witness there as well (they had let my partner sit in the room and watch the procedure). The doctor made me feel horrible because I screamed from the pain and he continued drilling when I was crying “stop it hurts”. I felt pain from the moment he started numbing me, the medicine did not work. I let them know the numbing wasn’t working properly. The dentist was very rude and told me if it hurts I need to communicate and not just scream in his face. Once I started communicating there were a few times he stopped to add more numbing but there was a handful of times he continued even though I was begging please stop. I screamed every time a tooth was yanked out and was shaking from the pain. My face was covered in tears, they said breathe through my nose but I couldn’t breathe through my nose because I was crying too hard and they got mad at me. I started choking at one point and they kept drilling. I raised my hand to say I can’t breathe but they kept going. This procedure was supposed to be pain free but I was in tears from the moment I sat down. The assistant was very kind to me and noticed I was going to pass out from how bad the pain was. He let me sit in the room with the lights off and gave me an ibuprofen to help with the pain after the procedure. This experience was traumatizing and not normal AT ALL from what I am seeing and hearing from others who have gotten their wisdom teeth out. The office does not answer so I cannot give a name of the dentist nor the surgeon. Please keep in mind I feel this was retaliation. He has a front desk lady who is absolutely rude and is probably just sleeping with the dentist (she’s the taller one who wears a scarf on her head. You can see on her face how rude she is). She asked me about papers and I said “you actually had me sign them last time I was here” and she snickered and said “yes that was not the question that was asked but ok” and then my experience happened after she went back and talked to the dentist. Either the dentist is racist (based on the reviews I just read in his treatment to other patients) or loves seeing people squirm in pain as retaliation for his staff making up lies about guests being rude. Maybe if front desk answered, people wouldn’t be frustrated when they walk in and see them doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. 0/10 for this place. Requesting a different dental location and have contacted the dental board already.
IF ANYONE HAS EXPERIENCED THIS PLEASE REACH OUT. I ALREADY HAVE SOMEONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO JOIN ME FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST DR GASS
Great experience!!
Emergency referral for my grandson one tooth.
*He was seen on a Sunday. 5 min wait in lobby & 15 min wait on dr. after xrays.
*he was seen a week later for a tooth extraction.
My appointment was at 1:00pm and i was out by 1:35pm. My grandson had two teeth pulled due to infection (silver baby teeth in front).
He was given laughing gas, numbing cream? And numbing with a needle, which it hurt him, but it numbed real quick. He was more scared, but the dentist calmed him down and waited for him to calm. The teeth being pulled DID NOT hurt him at ALL.
The receptionist is real nice and helpful. They always answer my phone call and appointments are within a week.
They are professionals and the facility is clean.
**i read the bad reviews and it scared me**
Don’t let those reviews scare you.
I will bring my 7 yr old grandson back here again.
Thank you, for being so gentle to him and calming him down.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. The dentist I saw they said had 40yrs experience so even after reading reviews went in hopeful bc I had an emergency situation. I’m nervous going in to a dentist naturally so I always try to at least conversate a little. The dentist didn’t talk to me, didn’t acknowledge that I was still feeling pain after he started working on my teeth. In fact even said who cares if you hear a snap crackle and pop right and laughed. (I cannot make this up) I think he might be a bit Looney
