I recently had the opportunity to undergo an MRI at Royal Medical Center, and I wanted to share my experience regarding both the procedure and the staff.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist (MAYA) was friendly, providing clear instructions and answering all my questions. And to the Nurse, I appreciated the effort they made to ensure I felt comfortable before the procedure.

The MRI technician was exceptional. They took the time to explain the entire process, which helped ease my anxiety. During the MRI, the technician continually checked in with me, ensuring that I was comfortable and aware of what was happening. Their calm demeanor made a significant difference in my experience.

The MRI machine itself was modern and well-maintained. The environment was clean and organized, which added to my confidence in the hospital’s facilities. The procedure was quick, and I was impressed with how efficiently everything was handled.

Overall, I had a positive experience at RMC for my MRI. The professionalism and kindness of the staff truly stood out, making what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. I would highly recommend this hospital for MRI services and appreciate the care I received.

This clinic is very professional and quick to take action. Considering I came at the last 10 minutes before closing time, they did not make me feel as if I am being nuisance or hindrance. Dr. Hanadi is very caring and thorough with her patients, she is also very good with children. Even though it’s my first time with her, she made me feel comfortable as if I’ve been doing regular check ups with her since way before. Moreover, princely the nurse took my blood test, she was very swift and painless when taking the blood sample, as well as comforting as should be. Lastly, Omar greets you in with a bright smile and is very quick to direct patients to the right doctors and nurses. Moreover, he wastes no time with idle talk and is professional in the work place. I rate this a 5/5 experience.

The clinic itself was clean and well organized, which contributed to my comfort, especially with the availability of free parking. My consultation was thorough, and the doctor addressed all my concerns with patience and expertise. I appreciated the detailed explanations and the follow-up plan provided.
