Last 2023 July, my mother had a crown replacement and bridge abutment with this clinic. After only a few days, she complained of having fitment issues and overall pain. Total charge was around 28,300.

After just 3 weeks, we came back and we paid an extra 2,650 for the root tip removal. Even though the payment is on the high side, we continued with the operation due to the constant pain that my mother is going through. We were also guaranteed of 2 years in case that something happens with the bridge that was placed.

Over the course of almost a year, there were several instances and complaints as to the quality of dental work that was done on my mother along with the pain as it was coming and going. I supposed it shouldn’t be that way and also I cannot bring along my mother every time she complains about it due to her living in Saudi Arabia (Dammam).

June 26 2024, we returned to the clinic to see what can they do about the issues and if it can be resolved. We were told that the doctor who operated on my mom is not affiliated with them anymore, and if we have complaints we should take it up to that doctor, not on the Clinic. That was totally absurd and unaccounted for, as the Clinic has to take responsibility on their patients, especially if the dental work was done under their roof and we were guaranteed 2 years as mentioned, but even this was put in question by their Manager.

Also during this visit, we didn’t have any choice but to pay an additional amount of 1,070 just for the check up and Xray, which is like adding insult to injury.

Right from reception staff to the Dr’s ( Dr Nikita & Dr Anmol) and nursing staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The Dr’s who took care of me are for sure well experienced and very caring towards their patients.
Made me feel comfortable and at ease and explained every step very well.
Keep up this great work The Curve Team . My first time and would highly recommend.
