Reviews:
I came in in December for TMJ. I saw Dr. James Roger, who is hands down the best surgeon I’ve ever had. I had to have surgery and prior to surgery, I had to have a few appointments with him which went great. The day of surgery, which was at the end of January, he was there start to finish, meaning even when I woke up, which I’ve never really had a surgeon stay to make sure recovery / waking up went well. For my post op visits he was still great. Something that’s hard to find in any doctor, let alone a surgeon, is a doctor who takes the time to explain everything to you, make sure you understand and also agree with what he’s saying. He allows you to have your own opinion, but he so far has been 100% spot on with everything he’s said about my diagnoses and treatment. His assistants are also amazing. They’re nice, make sure you’re comfortable, treat you like you matter and are overall welcoming with a great personality. Dr. Roger and his whole team are amazing. The only downfall is that sometimes there’s a long wait, which they have other patients and some appointments take longer, so it’s understandable and worth it. For being a busy guy, Dr. Roger never rushes you through any appointment. I wish he was more than a surgeon and did primary care too cause I’d switch to him. He’s an amazing Dr and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery done.
Currently sitting in the ER with severe pain after wisdom tooth removal surgery. My surgeon botched one of my extractions by literally sewing a chunk of my cheek into my incision. Not sure how you can manage to mess up that bad but he sure did. I was also quite upset when I left my initial consult after the resident who I saw told me the shape of my jaw was “obviously of concern aesthetically” and said I should consider braces and a full jaw reconstruction. I went there for a consult only, not to be judged on how I look. To top it off, the receptionists (not all of them) were rude and wouldn’t let me get a word in every time I checked in. Bad experience over all. I see now why they are so poorly rated.
Welli t all starts with them giving me novcain she was not gental about anything felt like she was trying to hurt me when they extracted the wisdom toothe they we not gental about anything banging my other teeth like it was there job and I asked them about antibiotics since it had been infected they said no I didn’t need them well 2 days later I end up in the hospital with a wicked infection that my throat was closing off after 4th day in hospital I’m still here I was warned about this place I regret it don’t go there they don’t care about ppl only money
