My whole family goes to Rutland dental and we wholeheartedly recommend this place. The staff is so so helpful, always goes above and beyond (especially with insurance communication/ requests), the doctors are so gentle and understanding. Both me and my mom have bad dental anxiety and this place is the only one that makes us feel comfortable and at peace. You get to watch tv (cute puppies and other pets!) while you get your teeth done, and you can even ask for a cozy blanket!

I was shocked with the customer service of this place !
Customer service representative sent me a message a few days ago with offer to reschedule my appointment from Monday to
Friday, and I was agree with it. When it was time for my visit, they told that this message was a mistake and they have no room to put me in. And there is nothing they can do to fix this mistake. The tone of the conversation was unpleasant and impatient. They left me without help with tooth pain and I just wasted my time for nothing.

This is one dental practice who puts patient care far above profit! My husband swears by Rutland Dental Centre, my adult son, who is a medical professional, is switching to this practice because of all the wonderful reviews his colleagues have shared with him, and for the first time in almost a decade, I’m not afraid of being manipulated into expensive dental procedures! This office is the epitome of what good, honest, professional dental care should be!
