Reviews:
I recently moved to the area and had to update my PDP. I chose this office since it was listed under my insurance plan and the office was close to my home. My insurance confirmed that this office was within my plan and their contact information was printed on my insurance card.

I knew i had a cracked molar that my old dentist had filled. I started experiencing pain again so i filled out all the information on the website to set up a patient profile and requested an appointment. Since I’m 8 months pregnant I wanted to get everything taken care of before going into labor. I never heard back from anyone so after a few days I called to check in. I had to leave a voicemail and they called me back the same day. I was told that they needed to check my insurance before they could schedule an appointment and was told that I would receive a phone call back.

Over a week went by and I didn’t hear anything back. One day my molar completely cracked and part of it fell out. I called them right away and kept getting their voicemail. I finally called my insurance and asked them to switch me to a different dentist. The next day the receptionist returned my phone call (at this point I had already been seen by my new dentist) and told me that they didn’t accept my insurance which is why no one called me back.

Overall I had a horrible experience. Maybe they would have redeemed themselves if I could have actually booked an appointment but based on my interactions with them I’m so happy I ended up switching providers!

I booked an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I showed up and they examined my teeth and no cleaning. I guess no big deal I’ll come back. I book another appointment to get a filling and a cleaning. I had to spend 15 minutes explaining to the woman how to book a back to back appointment for a cleaning and a filling. Apparently it was too complicated to possibly understand booking two appointments.

They aren’t sure if they are going to take my insurance, I reassure them I’ll pay out of pocket with no issue regardless if they do or not. All I asked was a quote for services. We book the appointment several weeks out and I hear nothing (They fall through). I finally get a call several days before the appointment ( which I requested time off at work for) and they tell me they aren’t accepting my insurance. I say that’s great I honestly don’t care can I please get the quote. Then she tells me I assumed you would want to get a different dentist. I tell her that’s not what I want please send me the quote.

After 3 attempts and three failures trying to explain to her I was happy to pay cash and wanted a quote I gave up.

I am trying to be a customer of this business but are honestly so difficult to work with it’s not worth it.

Their legal forms made me agree to things that didn’t even make sense, their office staff were impossible to work with and actually schedule an appointment. I don’t get it? Run from this place, it’s impossible to get anything done and a huge waste of time.

Made an appointment for a cleaning, scheduled and then called to reschedule, told I didn’t have an appointment on the day scheduled. Then 2 days before the appointment was called and asked to reschedule for the next day, but said I could not do that. Was told that would be fine can keep the appointment I had. Went to my appointment, person started to exrays without saying anything. Had to stop her, and she got another person. DDS came in said the hygenist was out that someone called me today at 2PM for my 4PM appt. to tell me they were not in today. Told him I got no such call, because they didn’t call me. DDS walked out with me and said to the support staff to not charge me. I will not be back.
