Reviews:
I requested my dental records and found that this dental office has falsified the notes in my records, including detailing conversations that never happened, adding what is insinuated to be direct quotes from me that i did not say, and my notes have been amended after I was already gone to change key details. Do not go to this dentist- they are scam artists and are only looking to collect money.
I go for regular cleanings and have for the majority of my life. I didn’t visit the dentist during the pandemic so on my last visit here it was recommended that I have a deep cleaning done (since it had been a couple years since my last one).
Now on my visit today, I was told that because I had a deep cleaning (that they recommended) the last time I was here, I could no longer receive regular cleanings and needed to pay almost $200 to have my teeth cleaned.
When I questioned why I couldn’t have a regular cleaning, I was miraculously diagnosed with periodontal disease. I find that to be incredibly funny because I very vividly remember during my last exam the dentist calling out the depths of each of mg pockets and none were higher than 3. To recommend a deep cleaning and only so you can then REQUIRE deep cleanings going forward is a total scam.
