In my mind, an ideal dentist goes the extra length to make sure you are relaxed, pain free and comfortable and this is very much Ian’s approach.
I’ve been going to Salisbury House Dental practice for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ian is approachable, pro-active, and always translates complex procedures into simple language, so I know exactly what is going on, he always takes his time to explain the details of my treatment plan.
The practice is small, friendly and professional with a streamlined front office you can contact easily, no long wait on hold when you call this practice. Diego, who takes the calls, has a thorough knowledge of dentistry, which is a bonus. I’m always confident communication between the team not only flows but is always accurate.
In the past, like many, I found going the dentist a bit stressful, but since finding Ian and the team, I’ve found it relaxed and comfortable experience.
Above all I trust Ian.

We have been patients at this practice since before Dr Greenwood and his team took it on (>12 years ago!) While working and living abroad, it was always a priority to visit Ian on each return to UK – and he has remained consistently conscientious, looking after our teeth, advising on treatments and explaining everything clearly. Once we retired and moved back to London, we couldn’t imagine going to another dentist – even though we live across town, in Greenwich. And this has paid off for both of us. Diego, and the nurses, have always been kind, welcoming and supportive, so we feel thoroughly “cared for”. I have recommended this practice to friends and family alike.

I have been using Salisbury House Dental Practice for a number of years and Ian has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout this time. For the last few months I have been using the Inman Aligner to correct alignment of front teeth, as recommended by Ian after a thorough consultation. I have just finished the treatment and the results are in my view excellent. Ian was always clear about setting expectations and keen to discuss the different options. He was great at discussing with me throughout to ensure I knew exactly what was happening and what the progress was. All in all a top dentist and thoroughly recommended.
