Reviews:
I concur with the positive reviews. Receptionist went out of her way to get me in ahead of the 1 month booking time. She had to cancel me once due to snow but got me in shortly after. I’m seriously wondering about the negative reviews because my wife and I have both had extensive experience with both dentists and we have a very high opinion of both Doctors.

We have used top drawer dentists all our lives and were prepared to accept a little less on Salt Spring Island. If anything, we’ve experienced an above-and-beyond level of service and competency. We have been very happy with how good our experience has been at this practice and with the quality of work performed by both Doctors.

The receptionist isn’t there to be your friend. She’s there to do a difficult job and in my opinion, hers is the toughest job in the whole clinic. All of my family attends these dentists and they do so by choice and from satisfaction in their experiences.

I would hesitate to recommend this clinic and the review average here is absolutely ludicrous.

The worst service ever. They broke my tooth, denied it, refused to take a second x-ray, I pulled profile slices of old tooth out for weeks. Then they sent me an inflated non itemized bill without explanation. They have refused to tell me what they are charging me for. My mouth is in much worse condition since my visit back in March. Don’t take the risk!
Very kind, patient, explained everything while it was happening as I asked. I have a very high level of anxiety about dental work and they had options to help me and were good about stopping when if I needed to.
