I was looking for a dental clinic for crown procedure and came across this one in Fazaa app directory. I immediately searched the location in Google maps and booked my appointment at the same time. Considering I’m coming from International City Dubai so my travel time is 40 minutes because of traffic in the afternoon going to Sharjah. It is well worth it because of the quality of service and competitive rate.
Dr. Jawad is highly professional with extensive knowledge and expertise in dental procedures. He sees to it that patient is comfortable during the procedure and he is detail oriented. I had my crown procedure for 2 sessions, crown placement was done yesterday and now I can eat properly without getting uneasy because of my 2 root canal treated teeth.
The clinic is really accommodating with all of my inquiries. They also observe strict hygiene and clean environment. Overall, I have a very good experience in Sama Al Sham Dental Clinic. It is highly recommended and will definitely come back in the future.

– dr didn’t know how to put back a crown for tooth.
– they mentioned a discount which never happened.
– I paid for an x-ray and never got it.
– I called to apologize for being late, and dr assistant said it’s okay.
– dr said that he will fill insurance claim form the next day and didn’t do it.
– dr is absolutely rude and disrespectful.
– worst recommendation I ever got, regret it big time.

Even though I paid full bill and no discount was claimed, he even charged me for opening a file.

I fixed one of my tooth in the clinic. The doctor was nice and professional and knew his work well. The clinic is clean and maintained. Dr used clean tools. differently will go there again if I have future tooth problems.
