Reviews:
I switched to this dental clinic after my previous dentist messed up.

The dentist, Ms. Donalyn, performed a cleaning and even took the time to explain a lot of things to me and gave me valuable advice on how to care for my teeth. They were really gentle and attentive, and as for the facilities, I can say everything was well-cleaned and they had everything I was looking for in a clinic. I’m coming back soon to get my braces done, and I’d definitely recommend this clinic to anyone planning to visit!

I have no idea why they have terrible reviews regarding the scheduling process and the fees since I never had any trouble booking an appointment with them, and all the fees I had to pay were presented to me before my treatment.

Prior to the second ECQ, I scheduled a cleaning and filled up the consent form via e-mail. I was made to wait for over 2.5 hours because the procedure before me was taking so long to finish. The front desk should have scheduled and coordinated with the dentist accordingly as respect for other people’s time. I told the front desk about this, as I don’t go out of the house unless necessary. I own several businesses too, and we would not have wasted other people’s time in this manner.

Also, aside from the basics, I don’t see any above and beyond safety protocols. No air purifier, misting or booties offered to us while we waited in the lounge.

mga 6pm pumunta ko pra magpa bunot ng ngipin. ang ginawa ng dentists chineck nya lang yun ipin, tapos inisched pa kinabukasan ng 2pm. samantalang on the spot pwede nmn nya nako bunutan. kesyo gabi na daw dpat daw mas maaga pumunta. sabay singil ng 500 sa consultation fee. grabe. smantalang sa ibang clinic anytym nmn pwede ka bunutan as long di pa close. eh pagbunot ng ngipin wla pang 30mins gawin. next time kung tinatamad kayo magbunot mas mgnda pa pabalikin nyo nlng yun patient dun s oras ng sched nyo na gusto magbunot. di yung titignan lng ipin sabay singil ng 500. wag na kayo dito pumunta pera pera lang sila. 🙁
