They Schedule You And Still Have You Waiting For 30-40Minute Duration! I Had Insurance , Still Ended Up Paying $180 Out Of pocket For A Cleaning To Remove Tarter && Additional $20 For A Oral Rinse That Same Day ! The Hygienist Made Me Feel Less Then A Person && He Really Need To Learn Patience! I Had 2 Teeth Scheduled To Be Extracted && It cause My Experience During My Cleanings To be Painful! I Had To Stop Him Maybe Several Times , The Area Was So Sensitive To Air And Water ! He Fully Disregarded My concern Of Discomfort To The Point I Had To Just Tough It Out With Tears Rolling Down My Face! The Extraction Process Was Painless && Quick , He Was An Awesome Doctor ! Overall I Guess They Are an OK DENTIST
This place is very bad. Usually every other place covers braces but this place doesn’t, and they say that that’s the normal. ITS NOT. Then, if you want to get a crown, they can only cover the ugly metal ones and charge you 1000 for one that is your color. If you go to any other place it is covered. Every time I went there I got so much anxiety. I believed they were going to destroy my teeth. Also, a little piece of my molar fell, they fixed and it fell again. Choose another place over this one.
Second time bringing my niece here and this doctor both times has had a very nasty attitude towards my niece being afraid of needles. What child it’s not afraid of needles?
She quickly proceeded to tell my niece to get up from the chair and look for another dentist.
Seriously?! What type of person or even, a professional, talks to a child like that? We will gladly go somewhere else you rude self!
