Terrible front desk.
Lies, lies, lies.
Scheduled an appointment for 9am on Friday in 3 weeks, explained them that I can’t do any other time unfortunately due to my work. They called me 10 days before appointment and offered a Friday before for 12:30pm, told them again, that unfortunately I can’t take it and I will keep my original appointment for the next Friday at 9AM.
They called me a day before my original appointment to remind and stated that it is for 12:30.
I told them that there is a mistake and my appointment is scheduled for 9AM and I have their business card with a hand written time on it by the girl who scheduled it originally.
Even after seeing the card they tried to blame me that I faked it and my appointment is for 12:30.
I took a half day off to be able to attend now have to loose a work because them.
Extremely disappointed.
They push people around the way they want and the way it’s more profitable for them.
Do not waste your time. Go to a better place.

The organization is impeccable – I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Very friendly and professional front desk service, neat and pleasant office and warm and welcoming staff. And most important – extremely expert, thoroughly professional doctors who love their job and do care about you!

I had terrible experience here. Horrible and very rude personnel. The “lady” on the phone messed up with my appointment date and time and couldn’t even explain me that she did reschedule my appointment. I guess she thinks that the client should read minds, especially her. Despite everything she could not accept her mistake, she just passes the phone without any explanation to other personnel like she doesn’t care
