I was very pleased with my first appointment with Sandbridge Family Dental! Clayton (Dentist) was able to treat issues I’ve had my whole life, while every other dentist told me my issues were untreatable. I have had serval appointments since my initial visit and every time is the same. The front desk staff is always very friendly and informative, while the hygienist (Kelley I believe) is comforting and really seems to care about you and your specific dental needs. They are great with Kiddos also! My daughter has never been less scared of the dentist and they had to pull one of her teeth last visit! I couldn’t be more happy with this practice. They care about their patients and you can feel that during every visit!

I thought I loved this place until I realized some of their front desk women have not went through proper training. They can be Very rude ! They will hang up on you and cancel your account if you try to reschedule your appointment. The front desk lady by the name of Tiffany is very combative, argumentative and clearly does not enjoy her job. Please take your business elsewhere where you are treated with equality and the respect that you deserve. A business is nothing without their clients, I feel so sad to this company that they have such a disgusting person to represent them.

The dentist was great and hygienist was great. I think it my luck when comes to billing. I’m quite clear on insurances before even make appts and I was quite clear at the appt. I have 2 dental insurances that my family pays for but for some reason they only use one. I ended coming out over $100 which I use for my family. It definitely unexpected expense. I was very upset. I have been only twice but I can’t afford keep going there and I need place to be use all insurance.
