Review of 13 April 24 visit
Unfortunately my understanding was that one of the dentist’s hadn’t made it in and they were consequently overstretched and could only deal with urgent cases. My appointment had already been postponed once but that was postponed on the day before I was due to go. Hopefully it will be third time lucky the staff all seemed very pleasant and were very apologetic. Parking was easy.

This time there was no problem my appointment was for 9am and only slight delay as previous patient was a more complicated double extraction. The dentist was very efficient and kept me informed of all progress through out the operation showing me the two halves of the extracted tooth. At time of writing 4 days after op all seems well.
I think the practice seems very efficient and professional and I would recommend it as a credit to the NHS.

I take my mother to this dental clinic and I’m very happy with the care we’ve received. The staff are kind, welcoming and always ready to help.
For over a year, we waited at another clinic for treatment on my mother’s lower jaw, but they never called back or gave us a clear timeline. My mother couldn’t eat properly and it was affecting her health.
When we moved to this clinic, everything changed. They understood how important it was to help my mother and they started her treatment right away. They handle everything in one place–from fixing teeth to extractions–and now they’re finally making her lower jaw.

Don’t go here for a tooth extraction. I have had incredible pain from the adjoining tooth since the extraction, for 6 months and yet they won’t see me to rectify the problem. They have clearly damaged the adjoining tooth whilst extraction as had no pain there previously. Very poor customer car and now left in more pain than I started with. Wish I’d never ever gone to this dentist.
