I cannot tell you how amazing this office is, you really need to experience it for yourself. Prior to coming here, we had some negative experiences at our last dental office. After my company changed insurance, I decided to look for a new “home”. I read reviews and researched many dentist offices and reached out to Santa Rosa Dental Care.

I AM SO GLAD I DID.

I reached out via text, yes I said text, on a Friday after hours, and they responded to me the following Monday and got me and my child in that same week for a new patient appointment.

Upon arrival today for our appointments, we were met with friendly, knowledgeable people who genuinely enjoy working here.

I was taken back by Mar who was knowledgeable and funny and made me feel very comfortable. She answered my questions, explained the process and shared some jokes with me.

Dr. Elliott is fantastic. Once Mar was finished taking X-rays, I didn’t wait long for Dr. Elliott. He is personable, funny but also down to business, which I respect immensely. I feel very happy to have found this gem and actually look forward to having my dental needs cared for here.

I am writing this review from the waiting room, actually looking forward to my next appointment!

I have a lot of dental anxiety and I am new to the area, no dentists who accepted my insurance called me back except SRDC. Now I am so grateful they did call me because I love them 100x more than any dentists I have ever seen. Wonderful staff, from reception to assistants to dentists, all calm, competent, friendly people who truly see you as a person and not just another patient. Typically my blood pressure is through the roof as soon as I enter a medical office, after my third visit to SRDC, my anxiety dissipated and for the first time in a decade my blood pressure was normal upon arrival. That really goes to show what wonderful people they are, they are honest, work diligently and don’t up-sell. Very clean and modern office and equipment too. Only negative is sometimes it does take a while when you are waiting to be seen (because they are so busy!) and I have had my appointment cancelled last minute. Personally, that doesn’t bother me as their great care is 100% worth the wait!

Absolutely unbelievable how unprofessional this office is. I made an initial appointment that got cancelled the day before. I rescheduled. That second appointment they cancelled on me again. Two more times I scheduled appointments only to have them cancel on me. This last time they called me 17 minutes before my scheduled appointment to tell me they were cancelling as I was already on my way to said appointment. Don’t waste your time trying to go here.
