Cannot say enough good about this place! Dr. Fredette is my own dentist and I also bring my four-year-old son to see her as well. She is gentle, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and doesn’t shame you in any way. Her staff are also exceptional. It does not take overly long to book appointments and they communicate by email which not every dentist will do.
This clinic is by far the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to, and the best healthcare experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been going for 5 years now, and despite moving outside the city, I will continue making the trek downtown for this clinic. Dr. Fredette and her team are incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. Truly a gem.
