On drilling 15 minutes in to removing my wisdom tooth, Dr Radhakrishnan said it won’t be possible to remove it, as my pain was tremendous. Fine, I get it! But what surprised me more was he told me to visit another doctor to do this extraction. I felt that he didn’t want to take the risk of doing it, and just washed his hands. Not professional at all; even after booking my appointment at 3pm, got to meet him only at 4:30pm. What’s the point in taking the appointment then?
I had a wonderful and pleasant experience here. All the doctors are extremely nice and welcoming and the clinic has a good ambience. I had my treatment with Dr Sarala ma’am, she was very kind and took her time to explain and discuss the problem and treated me very gently and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Sara dental clinic is absolutely wonderful. I finished my treatment with Dr. Smitha for my emergency tooth and she’s known around my family for her wonderful work and we’re always satisfied with her, never waited too long in the waiting room either. I would highly recommend Dr. Smitha she is kind, and super accommodating.
