I called to become a new patient, as they are listed as in-network with my insurance plan and “accepting new patients”. When I call the office, the lady answers and I explained I am looking to become a new patient. The lady rudely responds “And…?” I wait to see what she means, and she goes on to ask my insurance, I tell her, and she states “we are in network, but we’re overloaded with people right now so we can’t accept any more patients from that plan”. Not a very clear reason as to why. I call my insurance, who state they are indeed listed as accepting new patients under my plan, and they are unsure why they are declining patients. Just be ware.

Horrible service, I booked an appointnent for Xray, Cleaning, and Checkup. When I got there they said I was only booked for pain in my lower left tooth and today they can only focus on that. They were unable to accomidate me and were trying to book me for another appointment sometime next month. I took time off work and cannot continuously take time off based off their mistakes. Sadly I was referred to by friends and will be sharing me experience to them. This was Extremley unprofessional.

Office staff is great, hygienist are wonderful, Dr Saulle is a true professional.
The office is clean, and utilizes the latest technology. I went for routine cleaning, mentioned I chipped a tooth, due to an unexpected schedule opening I was able to get it done in that same visit vs coming back. I realize that may not always be the case. Dr Saulle saw he had opportunity to take care of my problem then and did.
