Agreed service & cost of clean when making the appointment. On presentation, the dentist then says that it will be an extra $40 & upwards plus the cost of the original booked clean. I said that they can’t just change things to add more to the agreed service but very unprofessionally, the dentist (Anna) would not attend to the agreed scale & clean as quoted for. Bad experience as 10 minutes spent, no treatment occurring whilst the dentist tried to add on the extra service & charge.
Addition; service performed by another dental practice (Dentistree) sought a few days later which was straightforward with no variations attempted to change cost agreed upon nor to try & add any additional service.

I’m always very nervous about going to the dentist but dentist Peter and his team made me feel very comfortable. The toothpaste they use was extra delicious and the New Idea magazines in the waiting room are all from the last 10 years, so very recent. I cannot believe the news about Dieter Brummer….gone too soon . Nevertheless, I had a very enjoyable experience at SC Family Dental and look forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend SC to you and your family. Also good to know that you can go there if you do not have a family.
