I have been a patient with Scotia Dental for about 4 years. I have had everything from cleanings to fillings and a root canal. And I have to say as someone with dental anxiety I cannot thank the wonderful staff at Scotia Dental enough.
From the desk clerk to the hygienists to Dr. Hussein everyone is kind, and caring and really makes sure you are comfortable and informed about your dental health without any of the shame that my dentists in the past have made me feel.
Thank you for creating a comfortable environment where I am excited to walk in and get my teeth taken care of. Instead of being terrified and on edge.
My little boy, had first dental experience with Scotia Dental and it was great. The experience began with email reminder, the nurse assured and explained the day’s process to him, what each tool would be use for and ways to draw their attention if he feels uncomfortable. Both doctor and nurse respected our views and concerns and professionally gave some advice. And my little boy left the place with a surprise form the treasure box lol. The whole experience was awesome.
I came to this clinic with a very bad teeth condition. It’s embarrassing and it scares me a lot to see a dentist. However, the staff are so kind and warm, I never felt judged. I am very grateful to my hygienist (i forgot their names, i’m bad at names) and Dr. Hussein for giving me confidence again to smile. Thank you.
