Great staff, but the doctor is NOT military friendly. He had no interest after I told him I was in extreme pain but was using my military insurance and had another primary care doctor in another state. He also had an annoyed tone before I even told him anything. Looked in my mouth for less then 1 minute, said things did not look good at all and recommended ibuprofen , wouldnt even try and help me fix the problem, I knew it was something serious because I never have dental issues. Gave me a general answer saying ‘You need a cleaning but to bad the military doesnt cover it’. Which I knew wasnt true because my primary care doctor had given me a cleaning just one week prior.

I want to start off by saying thank you to the staff for helping me with my past dental work.

Reason I’m giving a low rating was due to multiple issues that I had where I felt embarrassed going in. Also, one doctor really pushing me to purchase some items that I didn’t end up using. I originally went in due to pain on one side of my face and then after the doctor worked on me I ended up having pain on the other side and needing a specialist to see me. After a few visits I stopped going to this office. Staff however were really great and nice to me when it came to helping me apply for a CC to pay for my out of pocket fees.

Scottsdale Dental Arts is a wonderful dental office. Beginning when you walk into the comfortable lobby, you are warmly greeted by the staff. The initial requisite paperwork is promptly provided and the check-in is quick. Nearly as soon as you sit down to await your name being called, you are promptly called to the back. The staff are kind, considerate, gentle, professional, and work smoothly to ensure a high-quality experience and optimal dental care. I highly recommend Scottsdale Dental Arts for anyone’s dental needs.
