Every person I met with at this practice was delightful, from my first phone inquiry and coming into reception with Nathan; Olivia who took x-rays; Liz, my hygienist; and Dr. Drower. All were terrific– friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Drower is relaxed with a good sense of humor and explains everything clearly. My hygienist gave me one of the best, most thorough cleanings I have ever had and explained everything as she went along, checking in frequently to ensure I was doing okay and explaining next steps. As a human resources professional, I am tuned in to work environments where people like their jobs and enjoy being together and this is one of those rare environments. And happy people do their best work and provide the best care. Thank you, I believe I made a great choice with my new dentist!

Asked for a referral for wisdom tooth removal via email and was told I would need to schedule a hygiene cleaning before a referral could be sent. The next available appointment is in JANUARY (it is currently August and my wisdom teeth are poking through my gums), and when I asked if that was really necessary because I am in PAIN, they never responded to my email and left me on read. Absolutely unhelpful, and that’s not even mentioning what happens when you’re in the chair! One of my last appointments a tech told me I had squishy teeth and proceeded to take a tool and press it into my teeth, causing me excruciating pain. Unfortunately Drower Dentistry has let me down, again, and I will be finding a new dentist.

I sent the last review message before I completed it. Dr. Drower is the consummate professional. He has been my dentist for many years. I have full trust in his expertise and confidence in him as a professional who treats me with care and compassion. I called his office with a high degree of pain, and he saw and treated me in a matter of 2-3 hours after my call. My pain is now substantially reduced, and my issue largely taken care of and on its way to being fully resolved. Dr. Drower’s assistant was equally concerned for me and equally professional. I have nothing but positive regard for Sean and deep appreciation for the sensitive care he provided me today. Ken
