I was very disappointed and disturbed by my visit. I went in to get a new set of dentures. Under my dental plan I was only required to pay a total of $720.00. When I received the estimate $1,000.00 had been added to my co-pay. They told me it was for lab fees that weren’t included in my plan. I then called my provider and was told that the lab fees were covered under my plan and the dentist should not be charging me for that. The dentist was trying to collect an extra $1,000.00 from me that he was not entitled to.
I strongly suggest that you present any estimate from this facility to your insurance to make sure that you are not being overcharged. They lied to me.

The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Bassir is wonderful and very kind and takes the time to explain each procedure in detail to alleviate any anxiousness that goes along with the dental process. I highly recommend this dental group for all your dental needs.
Though the tooth cleaning was fine, I felt that Teresa the hygienist was abrasive. She stated that she would refer me out if I didn’t agree to a deep clean. Although her heart was in the right place. Her words were not
